Delete your Dromotelo account

How to delete it

1. Sign in to Dromotelo, in the app or at dromotelo.com.
2. Open your Profile (your picture or initials, top right).
3. Scroll to the bottom, tap Delete my account, then Yes, delete my account permanently.

Deleting it this way is immediate: the account is gone as soon as you confirm. Can't sign in? Email privacy@dromotelo.com from the address on the account, asking to delete it. An emailed request is done within 30 days, and we reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details: email, password, name.
• Your profile: birth date, height, weight, city, profile picture and settings.
• Your activities, with their GPS routes, heart rate, splits and notes.
• Health and fitness data from your watch, phone or connected services.
• Training plans, races, gear and everything else you added.
• Connections to Garmin, Strava, COROS and other services, and any connected watch: Dromotelo's stored sign-ins for them are deleted, so it can no longer reach them. You can also remove Dromotelo in each service's own settings.
• A Premium subscription: it ends at once and is not renewed.

What is kept, and for how long

• Encrypted backups can still hold a copy for up to 30 days, until they are deleted automatically.
• Totals that identify nobody, such as how many plans have been made, are kept.
• Copies held by services you connected (Garmin, Strava and others) are theirs to keep or delete under their own policies.

Delete only some of your data

You don't have to close the account for that: delete any activity from your Activities list, or disconnect a service on your Profile. You can also download a copy of all your data first, with Download my data. More in our Privacy Policy.
